Graduations, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, church events, team banquets and backyard parties across Marietta and Cobb County. Taco bars from $12.99 per person, delivered and set up so you can actually attend your own party.
Hosting and cooking at the same time is how people end up spending their own party in the kitchen. What we take off you:
We arrive with everything hot and ready, including serving utensils. You are not timing three trays in a home oven while guests arrive.
Kids, grandparents, the vegan cousin and the friend avoiding gluten all build off the same bar. Mexican food is genuinely the easiest cuisine to feed a mixed group with, which is most of why we get booked for family events.
Serving trays and disposables go straight in the trash. No stack of dishes waiting for you at 11pm.
The mix, roughly in the order we get asked. Every one of these has a quirk worth planning around.
May and early June book out first — Marietta, Kennesaw and Walton graduations land in the same fortnight and everyone wants the same Saturday. Book that one early. Open-house format with guests drifting through for hours suits a bar better than a sit-down.
Our most common weekend booking. A taco bar for 20–40 with chips, salsa and guacamole covers it. Kids eat the chicken and cheese; nobody has to make them a separate meal.
Relaxed alternative to a restaurant private room, at a fraction of the cost and with none of the seating-chart logistics. Fajita platters are the usual pick here.
Youth groups, banquets, volunteer appreciation, end-of-season team dinners. High headcount, tight budget, mixed ages — a taco bar is built for exactly this and scales cleanly.
Catering timelines are the thing people get wrong. What actually matters:
Drop-off is included — we deliver hot and you take it from there. Setup adds chafing dishes, serving utensils and an arranged bar, which is worth it above about 30 guests. Full service keeps staff on site to run and replenish the bar for larger events. Free pickup from Barrett Parkway is always an option if you have someone who can collect.
Taco bars start at $12.99 per person (minimum 15 guests), burrito and bowl bars at $13.99 (minimum 20), and fajita platters at $14.99. Boxed meals are $11.99 with a 10 guest minimum. Delivery is a flat fee quoted before you commit — there are no per-head service charges added afterwards.
For May and early June, as far ahead as you can — Marietta-area graduations cluster into the same two weekends and those Saturdays fill. For most other parties 48 hours is enough, and smaller orders can often be done the same day.
Yes, and it is a large share of our weekend catering. We deliver to homes across Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, East Cobb, Smyrna, Powder Springs and Woodstock. Just tell us where you want the bar set up.
Yes. Everything is labeled, vegan and gluten-free options are built in, and the components are held separately. One thing we will always tell you plainly: our kitchen shares equipment, so we can describe what is in a recipe but cannot guarantee zero cross-contact for a severe allergy.
Serving utensils come with every order. Plates, napkins and cutlery for guests are available — ask when you book, because it is the thing hosts most often forget and then have to run out for.
Call us as soon as you know. Numbers can usually move right up until the day before, and for smaller orders often the morning of.
Tell us the date, the headcount and where it is. We will tell you what to order and what it costs — and then you can go back to planning everything else.
