A build-your-own taco bar from $12.99 per person, minimum 15 guests. Five proteins, warm tortillas, and every topping on its own tray so your guests build exactly what they want. Ready in as little as 2 hours.
For anything between about 15 and 60 people, the bar is the right call almost every time. Three reasons.
No pre-ordering, no collecting choices in a spreadsheet, no wrong boxes. Picky eaters, big eaters and the vegan on your team all build from the same bar and all leave happy.
Per head, a bar beats individually boxed meals because we are not packaging every portion separately. The savings scale with headcount.
Components held separately stay right for hours. Assembled food does not — a pre-built taco is soggy in twenty minutes. This is the actual reason bars exist.
Everything below is included at the base price. You are picking proteins, not paying à la carte for the rest.
Choose two at the base price: grilled chicken, spicy chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa or spicy tofu. Add a third for a small per-head upcharge. Every one is made fresh in our kitchen — nothing arrives frozen.
Warm flour and corn tortillas, plus cilantro-lime rice and beans so guests who want a bowl instead of tacos can build one. This is also how gluten-free guests eat off the same bar.
Lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, roasted corn salsa, sour cream, cilantro, onions, limes and our house salsas — mild through hot, made from scratch daily.
Included with every bar. Guacamole and queso are the two add-ons worth paying for, and they are the two that always disappear first — order more than you think.
We would rather you order right than order big. Our planning numbers:
The taco bar is the default, but it is not the only format. A nacho bar is the easiest one to run at a party where people are standing and drinking. A burrito and bowl bar ($13.99/person, minimum 20) suits crews who want a heavier meal. Fajita platters ($14.99/person) are the upgrade when the food is meant to be the centrepiece rather than the fuel.
Our taco bar starts at $12.99 per person with a 15 guest minimum, and that includes two proteins, tortillas, rice, beans, the full toppings line and chips and salsa. A third protein, guacamole and queso are the usual add-ons. Delivery is a flat fee quoted upfront.
15 guests. Under 15, boxed lunches at $11.99 per person (minimum 10) work out better — you get the same food without paying to set up a bar that a small group will not use.
Proteins travel hot and, if you add setup, go out in chafing dishes. Because everything is held separately rather than pre-assembled, a bar holds up for a couple of hours without going soft or dry.
Yes. Spicy tofu is a full protein choice, and the rice, beans, tortillas and the entire toppings line are already vegetarian. For a fully vegan bar tell us when you book and we will leave the cheese and sour cream off the line and label it accordingly.
Yes — Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, East Cobb, Smyrna, Powder Springs and Woodstock. Pickup from our Barrett Parkway kitchen is always free if you would rather collect it yourself.
They are yours — we leave everything. Because the components are separate, taco bar leftovers actually keep, which is not true of most catered food.
Fifteen people or five hundred. Tell us the headcount and the time, and we will have the bar built and ready.
